IVECO ELEMENTS, THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY FOR OK TRUCKS PREMIUM VEHICLES

Elements is a wide range of personalized assistance services foreseen to keep in perfect status your premium Iveco pre-owned vehicle.
The customer has the possibility to choose the service levels that are more suitable for his own business, being certain about fix costs.

With our warranty you have the peace of mind of an assistance-coverage dedicated to after sales with 2000 points of assistance in Europe, reachable 24/24 hours and 7/7 days at the green number 080048326000.

THE "ELEMENTS" THAT SHAPE THE WARRANTY FOR YOUR VEHICLE:

Elements provides the flexibility to select any combination from the major "elements" which make up the overall offer, enabling the customer to create their own tailor-made package.

  • Drive line
    Repairs for engine, injection, gear box, propeller shaft, axle.
  • Maintenance
    Maintenance, lubrication, oils and fluids change according to maintenance and repair handbook.
  • Extra drive line
    All repairs except engine, injection, gear box, propeller shaft, axle. Ex: electrical system.
  • Wear
    Clutch, brake, pads, brake discs, drums (rebore), seal for brake drums.
  • 6 Months Warranty available for OK TRUCKS COMFORT vehicles, if applicable after specific checks to certify their quality and status

FINANCIAL SERVICES

OK Trucks and Iveco Capital offer our customers different financial solutions to facilitate the access to the pre-owned vehicle: operative leasing and financing with the opportunity to combine them with additional services like kasko insurance, fire and theft insurance.

OK ASSIST

The OK ASSIST service guarantees the peace-of-mind in case of breakdown for the pre-owned vehicles that are not covered by other OK TRUCKS assistance services (i.e. OK TRUCKS BASIC vehicles):

  • Coverage in all Europe thorugh a specialized after sales network.
  • Valid up to one year.
  • Dedicated assistance number 24/24, 7/7 days.
  • Multilingual call center.
